One of the most iconic venues in the Byron Bay region, Earth House is a uniquely designed event space surrounded by extensive gardens and spectacular views. Its Mediterranean-style building embodies tasteful simplicity, with architectural features inspired by the natural environment of the Byron hinterland.

Venue Hire:
- Up to 70 Guests - $8,000 + GST
- 70 - 100 - $8,500 + GST
- 100 - 110 Guests - $8,750 + GST
- 110 - 120 Guest - $9,000 + GST
Venue Capacity:
- 120 people sit down or
- 120 people cocktail reception
Venue Curfew:
- Music off: 10.00pm
- Guests to depart: 10.30pm
Catering:
- Choice of Fig Tree Catering or Feast Events
- This is a BYO Alcohol venue
Wet Weather Options:
- On the covered deck area boasting spectacular northerly hinterland views
Accommodation:
- Boutique accommodation is available on-site upon request and is not included in the Earth House wedding packages.
- The accommodation comprises two beautifully appointed, queen-sized rooms, ideal for small bridal parties of up to four guests. Each features a private entrance, courtyard, breakfast pantry and ensuite. Enjoy a homemade continental breakfast daily, overlooking the stunning Corndale Valley.
Planning and Coordination:
- Signature Planning Package required with the option to add additional assistance if required.
Transport:
- Parking: A maximum of 4 car parks available for the bridal party & immediate family.
- Buses or taxis must be arranged for all other guests.
Style & Hire:
- Furniture and décor to be hired through The Wedding Shed.

There are beautiful options for your ceremony, cocktails and reception.
Ceremony under the fig tree with gorgeous hinterland views as the backdrop or ceremony on the lower podium overlooking the stunning rolling hills of the Nightcap Ranges
Cocktail hour on the balcony and in amongst the gardens at Earth House.
This area enjoys marvellous hinterland views.
Dining inside the spacious purposely built rammed earth reception space.

WEDDING PLANNING OPTIONS
We know how overwhelming it is to plan a wedding. There are so many elements that need to be decided on such as hire items, lighting, menus, floor plans, seating charts, on the day supplier schedule, supplier choices, transport, and styling just to name a few! That’s where we come in; to help ease the pressure, give you advice and look after all the logistics so you can enjoy your wedding journey in its entirety.
The Signature Planning package is required for all weddings booked through Byron Bay Weddings with the option for additional assistance if required. Once planned, one of our incredible wedding day coordinators will be there to run your day exactly as planned so it's executed flawlessly and to ease any stress on the day.
CATERING & STAFFING
One of the most important elements of your wedding day will be the opportunity to enjoy exceptional food with your nearest and dearest in a beautiful setting.
We work with two of the region’s award-winning caterers – Fig Tree Restaurant and Feast Events. They have catered over 1000 weddings in their time and their food and service is incredible!
Each wedding couple is invited to the Fig Tree Restaurant for a complimentary tasting dinner before their wedding day. This allows them to sample the food and service they will provide at Earth House before the big day.
STYLING YOUR DREAM WEDDING
We exclusively use The Wedding Shed for any additional items you may wish to hire to style your wedding. They offer a huge range of the latest trending furniture and décor making it easy to source quality items to bring your ceremony, dining or cocktail hour to life.
We suggest browsing their website and send a wish list through to your planner, or choose from one of the looks they have already created that work really well at this venue.

Let’s start by having a look at the run of your day. This ensures that every detail is timed to perfection.
We suggest bringing everything forward an hour or two in the cooler months (April to September) to make the most of the daylight & sunset times.
3.00PM | Guests start to arrive. Champagne, beer and water served to guests as they arrive |
3.30PM | Ceremony to begin |
3.45PM | Ceremony concludes |
4.00PM | Hamper provided to the bridal party to go and have their photos taken |
5.30PM | Bridal party arrive back after their photos |
6.00PM | Guests make their way to their seat if you are having a seated dinner |
6.15PM | Mains are served |
7.00PM | Sunset (dependant on time of year) Live music to end |
7.15pm | Speeches to be made and presentation of wedding cake |
8.00PM | First dance |
8.15PM | Dessert canapés & cake to be served |
