- On the day Fig Tree Restaurant wedding coordinator. Your wedding day coordinator will ensure every detail you have planned for the past 12 months is executed flawlessly.
- 2 nights’ accommodation in either The Dairy or Sunrise House for you to stay the night before wedding and the night of your wedding
- Barista coffee and a light breakfast morning of the wedding in the on-site accommodation
- Ceremony, cocktail and reception furniture included (see further down for a detailed list)
- Access to the whole restaurant grounds for photos

Let’s start by having a look at the run of your day. This ensures that every detail is timed to perfection.
We suggest bringing everything forward an hour or two in the cooler months (April to September) to make the most of the daylight & sunset times. Please note, there is an additional staffing cost of $15 per guest per additional hour and part there of added with a maximum of 10 hours.

We know how overwhelming it is to plan a wedding. There are so many elements that need to be decided on such as hire items, lighting, menus, floor plans, seating charts, on the day supplier schedule, supplier choices, transport, and styling just to name a few! That’s where we come in; to help ease the pressure, give you advice and look after all the logistics so you can enjoy your wedding journey in its entirety.
The Signature Planning package is required for all weddings booked through Byron Bay Weddings with the option for additional assistance if required. Once planned, one of our incredible wedding day coordinators will be there to run your day exactly as planned so it's executed flawlessly and to ease any stress on the day.
CATERING & STAFFING
The Fig Tree prides itself on amazing food and exceptional service, handmade cocktails and carefully prepared dishes to excite and satisfy your guests.
We source most of the produce from our own vegetable garden and orchard, with the rest coming from our neighbours’ paddocks, fields and the ocean that surrounds Byron Bay.
Each wedding couple is invited to the Fig Tree Restaurant for a complimentary tasting dinner before their wedding day. This allows them to sample the food and service they will provide on your wedding day.
STYLING YOUR DREAM WEDDING
We exclusively use The Wedding Shed for any additional items you may wish to hire to style your wedding. They offer a huge range of the latest trending furniture and décor making it easy to source quality items to bring your ceremony, dining or cocktail hour to life.
We suggest browsing their website and send a wish list through to your planner, or choose from one of the looks they have already created that work really well at this venue.

Bakulia & Beau tied the knot at the spectacular Fig Tree Restaurant on a perfect spring day. From a humble teenage crush to finding happiness after 10 years of ‘crossing paths’, this gorgeous couple embodies the ultimate love story. Working with a dream team of suppliers, Bakulia & Beau’s vision of ‘lush modern romance’ was brought to life using crisp white flowers in varying textures and shapes, linen and subtle accents of black & gold. In Bakulia’s words, “all my Pinterest pins came to reality, I was absolutely blown away.”

Jessica & Joel celebrated their wedding day on a magical Autumn’s day at the ever-so-dreamy, Fig Tree Restaurant. From the very moment this gorgeous couple laid eyes on the venue, they knew they knew it was the one for them. Jess & Joel’s intimate ceremony was held under the iconic fig tree and was followed by an afternoon of fabulous cocktails & canapés poolside. With a clear vision to let the beauty of The Fig Tree shine, Jess & Joel chose a classic yet fresh Aegean-inspired palette of white and green, with beautifully curated blue hues and scattered citrus throughout.
