​You'll be partnered with your dedicated wedding planner who’s an expert at your chosen venue straight after you book your wedding with us. They will officially start the planning process 12 months before your big day, giving you plenty of time to plan every detail with ease.

Our team is on the ground
​While you'll have your own dedicated wedding planner, rest assured there's a whole team supporting you. Our planners meet weekly to discuss trends, ideas, and all things weddings. Anything they haven’t come across before, they will bounce off the team for the best solution.

Our online wedding directory (Our Collective) features the region’s most experienced and talented suppliers. Your planner will recommend the best ones to suit your wedding day vision. They will look after liaising with your suppliers to ensure they know what time they need to start and where to set up on the day.

We have direct access to The Wedding Shed (our sister company), which is the region’s largest style and hire company. Your planner will guide you through the best styling options to suit your venue, vibe, and budget. They'll create mood boards to help you visualise different looks and handle any hire items directly with The Wedding Shed for you.

You will personally be invited to our quarterly wedding planning events. These are perfect for checking out your venue again, styling, meeting suppliers, and enjoying a wedding tasting experience. These events are a really fun day out and really add to your overall planning experience.

That's why we've teamed up with Fig Tree Catering and Feast Events, the longest-serving event caterers in the region. Yes, you heard that right! Our wedding packages at most of our venues offer BYO drinks and alcohol, which can save you thousands! Your planner will connect you with our drinks service providers, who will even buy back any unopened alcohol that you don’t get through on the day. We'll guide you on quantities and share our curated drinks guide to make the whole process simple and easy.

To give you a taste of what's to come, we invite our booked couples to a complimentary tasting experience for two. It's a chance to sample the food and discuss menu options with the chefs before your special day. The whole experience is complimentary, it includes multiple courses, delicious cocktails and beer and wine.

As your wedding day approaches, your planner will hand over the details to your wedding week concierge, Kate or Dan. They will triple check all the details, help calm any nerves, check the forecast, and discuss any last-minute changes with you.

Your on-the-day coordinator will be there with you from start to finish on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our On-the-day Coordinators are experts at managing suppliers, solving problems, and keeping everything on track. Despite the cyclonic weather they managed to pull off the most magical day for our daughter and son-in-law at Fig Tree this past weekend.
